Fusion Off Road is a premier class off road race and play vehicle shop. We design, fabricate, and build trucks, UTVs, and buggies from start to finish. We have a full race shop and can repair and prep your vehicle for your next outing.
At Fusion Off Road, we build our own roll cages, roof racks, spare tire racks, and long travel kits for production UTV’s. We offer a class leading online shopping experience where you can buy parts and accessories from leading off road manufacturers and have them professionally installed at our shop in Lake Elsinore, California. If you can’t get your vehicle to us, we can have the products shipped anywhere in the United States.
DESIGN SERVICES
We utilize the latest CAD software and can design and fabricate vehicles from mild to wild! If you have a dream vehicle or a custom product idea you’d like designed, we have the knowledge and experience to get it done.
FABRICATION SERVICES
Our professional welders and fabricators have the experience to cut, bend, and weld the highest grades of aluminum and steel plate and tubing. We can utilize CNC equipment to create parts from billet aluminum or steel. If you don’t have a design, we have a CAD service that can assist you with a design.

RACE PREP SERVICES
At Fusion Off Road, we pride ourselves on our success in the competitive arena of off road racing. Through years of experience, we have learned that in order to be competitive race after race, the vehicles have to be inspected and a routine replacement schedule needs to be in place before items are worn or damaged. Through our own efforts, we know what parts may be prone to failure and what kind of longevity parts and components have. Our team of professional race mechanics are dedicated to the sport and take pride in their work. We offer full and customized race prep packages to help put your vehicle on the podium.
