SHIPPING & RETURNS

Powersport Pros strives to minimize shipping costs whenever possible and will utilize common carriers; FedEx, UPS, and USPS whenever possible. Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer and will be provided at the time of the order, unless otherwise stated on the invoice. We make no guarantee of expressed or implied delivery time. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

TRUCK FREIGHT

Truck freight may be necessary due to an item’s size or weight. Freight costs vary depending on delivery location, size/weight of item, and any special equipment needed for delivery. Your salesperson will advise you if truck freight is necessary will include the shipping cost on the invoice.

For Powersport Pros manufactured items, the Terms of Sale are FOB our warehouse located in Lake Elsinore, CA 92530.  Title of the shipment transfers to the recipient upon acceptance of the shipment by the carrier. Recipients are responsible to examine contents of all packages when received. Upon delivery, If the packaging is severely damaged, please refuse the shipment from the freight company. If you see no obvious shipping damage, write "SUBJECT TO INSPECTION" on the delivery receipt. As soon as possible, but no later than 24 hours, inspect the contents. If the damage is concealed, please call the transportation carrier for inspection of damaged goods. All original shipping materials, pallets, cartons, and containers must be saved for inspection by a representative of the carrier. Powersport Pros will arrange for a replacement or replacement parts after the recipient's claim has been filed and settled. Fusion Offroad cannot be responsible for loss or damage that occurs during transit. You are responsible for cooperating with the return of the item.

INSTALLATION

Some products require professional installation. All products must be installed within 30 days of receiving them. Buyer understands that some products may require modifications for correct fitment. Minor adjustments may be necessary as part of the normal installation. Powersport Pros designs and produces all its aftermarket products to fit the original factory automobile as closely as possible, however, minor modifications may be necessary for an ideal fit. Products may or may not work with other manufacturers’ accessories without modification. It is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect all equipment and make sure it is installed to his/her satisfaction for prior to operating the vehicle. There are absolutely no returns on used or modified products.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

For some installations, minor adjustments might be necessary. These are normal installation steps and does NOT mean the product is defective. Defective products must be brought to the attention of Powersport Pros within 30 days of receiving the parts. Pictures are required to demonstrate true defects on the products prior to return. Any issues found beyond 30 days, are no longer eligible for return or exchange.

RETURNS

All returns must be received within 30 calendar days of the date the shipped delivered the items. All items must be in original packaging, including all parts & accessories. The parts must be unused and in unmodified condition to be returned. Returns are only accepted with an assigned RMA# available from our sales staff. Powersport Pros manufactured items are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. Items purchased from the web site from outside vendors are subject to a re-stocking fee of 15-30% depending on brand. The actual cost of re-stocking will be available at the time the RMA# is provided.
